Operation GetFit: Week 1

Note: I am not a workout guru, personal trainer, or anything of the like. I am not recommending this workout for you. I am simply tracking my own goals and results.

Week 1 Workout Goals:

  • take a 1-hour dance class
  • complete 1 Bosu workout
  • take 1 Pilates class
  • run 4 miles
  • walk 10,000 steps per day*

*I do not yet have a pedometer to track my steps per day.

Week 1 Food Goals:

  • eat ice cream only 1 night this week 🙂

I am posting these goals knowing that I will not meet them due to some unfortunate sick days. That said, they are still my goals for the week.
