Operation GetFit: Week 1 Results

You may remember my workout and food goals, but just in case, I’ve copied them below.

Week 1 Workout Goals:

  • take a 1-hour dance class
  • complete 1 Bosu workout
  • take 1 Pilates class
  • run 4 miles
  • walk 10,000 steps per day

Week 1 Food Goals:

  • eat ice cream only 1 night this week :)

 

So how did I do? Not so well, honestly. I was sick at the beginning of the week and am still recovering from a pretty nasty cough, so I haven’t made it to the gym this week. However, I did excellent on my food goals. I still have not had ice cream. Maybe tonight… 🙂
