Operation GetFit: Week 3

Note: I am not a workout guru, personal trainer, or anything of the like. I am not recommending this workout for you. I am simply tracking my own goals and results.

Week 3 is looking a lot like Week 1 with a little yard work added in.

Countdown to Beach: approximately 2 months

Week 3 Workout Goals:

  • take 1 dance class
  • complete 1 Bosu workout
  • take 1 Pilates class
  • run 4 miles
  • walk 10,000 steps per day
  • work in the yard

Week 3 Food Goals:

  • eat 2 types of fruit or veggies a day

Week 3 is shaping up to be a good week…except that pesky 4-miles worth of running. 🙂
